X1 Chapel Street is the perfect development for students at the Manchester Universities’ and lends itself as the perfect base for students looking for luxury accommodation.
The four-storey complex at Chapel Street comprises of 109 double en-suite rooms, complete with an onsite gym for residents use, free wifi and excellent communal facilities.
The development which was completed in September 2014, provides top quality student accommodation with great travel links to both Salford Central and Victoria Station.
We were appointed by Bardsley Construction to install the Acoustic batten system JCW80T in accordance with Robust Detail E-FT-1 FFT-1.
JCW Acoustic Flooring completed over 2000m2 of acoustic flooring to the upper floors of the 109 bed student accommodation in under 3 months, whilst JCW Floor Screeding installed sand cement screed to the ground floor areas. This is just one of many projects successfully completed for Bardsley construction.
