The 120 bed De Vere Village Hotel and Leisure facility completed for Winter 2014 was one of many projects completed north of the border in 2014. The hotel complete with its own leisure facility includes a state of the art gym, 20 metre swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
The project on the outskirts of Edinburgh was completed in under 2 weeks. JCW Acoustic Flooring were appointed by Marshall Construction (West Yorkshire) Ltd to install over 1000m2 of acoustic flooring.
The JCW 80C Acoustic Batten System was installed throughout the first floor of the hotel. Whilst JCW Floor Screeding laid sand cement screeds throughout the ground floor.
A further De Vere Village Hotel opened in Glasgow in 2015 and we’re pleased to say that we provided all acoustic flooring solutions for this development.
