JCW Acoustic Flooring supplied and installed a heavy‑grade raised access floor system at the new offices for Harvey Norman at Unit 14‑20, Gracechurch in Sutton Coldfield. The project involved the successful installation of Tate RHG600 Simploc raised access flooring to achieve the required 300mm FFL, including the formation of steps where necessary.
Working within a live shopping centre environment presented logistical challenges, but the team managed access, deliveries, and installation effectively to keep the programme on track. The RHG600 Simploc system was chosen for its performance in demanding office settings and suitability for the finished floor height specified.
The raised access flooring was completed on time and within budget, providing a durable and flexible floor solution to support the client’s fit‑out requirements.
