Starting in July 2010, JCW Acoustic Flooring successfully completed the supply and installation of the JCW Acoustic Cradle System at Parade & Drive, Saxton Gardens, Leeds. The JCW Acoustic Cradle System was used to provide a level floor whilst offering an excellent reduction in both airborne and impact sound transmission. Working with Urban Splash, JCW Acoustic Flooring were on site for just over a year.
The development comprises 410 apartments set within six and a half acres of land and offers allotment gardens for residents. The allotments are accompanied small colourful garden sheds which have become one of the most recognisable features of the development. The developments’ close proximity to Leeds city centre also ensures a city lifestyle.
