JCW Acoustic Flooring Ltd were appointed to supply and install a raised access flooring system to Unit 46, Discovery House, Battersea Reach, as part of a new office fit-out for Barney Estates.
Working alongside Locus Interiors, we installed 183m² of medium grade steel encapsulated raised access flooring to the ground floor office space, complete with adjustable steel pedestals. The works also included the application of two coats of dust sealer and the installation of fire and acoustic barriers beneath partition lines.
The completed system provides a durable and level working platform, while creating a service void beneath the floor to allow for the efficient distribution of building services and future flexibility within the space.
