Thousands of students may be about to embark on their summer holidays but for JCW the work goes on as we continue to fit one of our acoustic flooring systems at a brand new student accommodation in Salford.
The 5-storey, 102-bed state-of-the-art student accommodation block in Chapel Street will include 3 self-contained studios and 4 self-contained live / work units, along with a residents’ gym and retail area.
Our contribution to the project began last month after we were commissioned by Bardsley Construction Ltd, who are coincidentally celebrating their 50th year in the construction sector.
The product fitted is our JCW80T acoustic battens with our participation due to end in early August and the development set for full completion in September, just in time for the new University year.
