JCW Acoustic Flooring has commenced work in Leicestershire at Brooklands Gardens where a £4.75m renovation of the sheltered housing complex is underway.
Situated in Market Harborough, the revamp will include the redesign and modernisation of the 50 existing flats and communal spaces, introduction of new facilities and a reformation of the entire grounds.
It is the first injection of cash into Brookland Gardens for 30 years.
The project is planned for completion in autumn 2015; however in the meantime, JCW Acoustic Flooring is installing the JCW Cradle System at the site.
We were commissioned for the upgrade by Borras Construction, one of the most successful private and independent construction companies in the U.K.
